Kool Koatings is a full service fabrication and coating provider. We can take your product or part from drawing or prototype to a finished product in house.
That matters most at volume, where handoffs between a fabricator, a coater and a finisher are where schedules and tolerances go wrong.

- 12-foot curing oven — higher volume small parts, lower volume large parts
- 5×10 foot CNC plasma table with built-in cut mapping to maximize material use and reduce cut times
- Sheet and plate plasma cutting, welding and fabrication
- Disassembly, fabrication and reassembly for finished components
- Reverse engineering via digitizing table, from sketches, drawings or actual parts
- R&D for components with unusual coating requirements
How we work
We work one-to-one with customers through R&D, RFI and RFQ so results are reliable and certifiable. Every part is 100% inspected a minimum of six times from start to finish.
Certification and standards are critical — and they are a starting point, not a finish line. They are the bare minimum required to get consistent results, run after run.
